ESCT Fab Support is an extension of the successful ESC Technology company, which supplies and supports TEMNEST ESC’s (Electrostatic Chucks) to a growing global customer base of OEM’s and Wafer Fabs.
ESC Technology Limited has been a member of SEMI, the global semiconductor industry association, since June 2024.

We also have a growing supply of 300mm parts – these are 2nd source and always new.
